Northland Village Services

High-quality care offered in a homelike environment is at the heart of our Northland Village philosophy. That means around-the-clock assistance by friendly staff members in comfortable surroundings that are designed with the needs of older adults in mind.

Residents with needs beyond the standard services can receive additional assistance at extra cost. As part of the admissions process, a registered nurse meets with and evaluates each applicant’s needs to determine if additional services are required.

MealsMeals

Three healthy, home-cooked meals are served in the family-style dining room each day, and snacks are always available. Residents are asked for input on menus to help us provide a variety of delicious meals that will please all tastes and accommodate the special dietary needs of residents in our care.

Activities

Staying physically and mentally active is vital to health and happiness at any age. Optional, planned activities are available to our residents both at Northland Village and out in the community. Activities provide recreation, social interaction, physical activity and mental stimulation, community involvement, and fun!

Transportation

Transportation for trips, such as to medical appointments, that are within 30 miles roundtrip are provided for free. We will also help make arrangements for longer distance trips as needed.

short term stayRespite Care or Short-term Stays

Suites may be available for short-term stays of 1-30 days, allowing a caregiver such as a spouse or adult child a temporary respite. Shorter stays may also be provided for those recovering from illness or surgery, enabling them to regain their strength and return home.

Northland Village is happy to accommodate short-term stays when possible. Based on availability, the individual will first be assessed by a registered nurse to ensure that we can meet his or her care needs.

Please note that all rooms are unfurnished, including respite care rooms. Residents are responsible for providing furnishings.
