Northland VillageProviding high-quality care is at the heart of Northland Village's philosophy of care.

Before becoming residents, applicants are evaluated by a registered nurse to determine the level of assistance needed. Additional services beyond those provided for the basic monthly fee are available. If added services are required, they are discussed in detail with the resident and family beforehand. We want to ensure that we meet the needs of each person in our care.

Standard Services

  • Private suite with bath
  • Cable television and all utilities except phone
  • Central air conditioning
  • Emergency call system
  • Shower assistance twice a week
  • Daily bed-making/weekly linen changes
  • Central storage of medication
  • Health supervision and nursing services; RN visit at least every 62 days
  • Medication management and administration
  • Hygiene assistance
  • Social activities and outings
  • Monthly weight and vital signs checks
  • Laundry service
  • Meals and snacks

Meals
Three hearty, home-cooked meals plus snacks are served daily in the dining room. Menus are planned, with the input of residents, to provide healthy, good-tasting meals. For a small charge, visiting family members and friends may also enjoy a meal while they are here.

Transportation
A van is available on site for transportation to medical appointments and outings.

Activities
Northland VillageStaying physically and mentally active are vital to health and happiness at any age. With residents’ abilities in mind, daily optional activities are planned to provide recreation, social interaction, physical activity, and community involvement.
