Northland Village’s layout includes two residence buildings connected to each other by a hallway. Everything has been designed for comfort, privacy, safety, and accessibility.
Each residence building houses 10 individual suites (20 in the entire complex) with private baths and a countertop area that will fit a small refrigerator and microwave. Suites are spacious, with room for a living area, bed, and even a small table and chairs – as you can see from our regular suite and handicap accessible suite sample floor plans.
Suites come unfurnished so residents may decorate with their favorite, familiar things. Window blinds are provided, and each suite includes a telephone jack for personal phone service (optional), free cable TV access, and central air conditioning.
Each residence building has its own tastefully decorated common area. The open design includes a wide, welcoming entryway; home-style kitchen and dining area; cozy living room with gas fireplace and big-screen TV; cheerful sunroom; and an outdoor patio.
