Northland Village in Hoyt Lakes offers 20 private suites for residents with welcoming common areas for dining, conversation, activities, or simply relaxing. Everything is designed for comfort, privacy, safety, and accessibility.

Large Private Suites

There are 20 individual suites each with a private bath and small kitchenette area. Suites are spacious with room for a living area, bed, and even a small table and chairs. A few suites connected with an adjoining door are also available for married couples.

All suites come unfurnished so residents may decorate with their favorite, familiar things. Window blinds are provided, and each suite includes a telephone jack for personal phone service (optional), central air conditioning, cable TV access, and Internet access.

Common Areas

Tastefully decorated common areas include home-style kitchen and dining areas, cozy living room, and an outdoor patio. Generous recreational areas accommodate gatherings and activities.

Among other amenities are a resident laundry room for those who would prefer to do their own laundry rather than having it done for them, as well as an on-site beauty salon.
