Northland Village - Hoyt Lakes’ Assisted Living Community is now open and accepting residents! In this beautiful, brand-new facility, older adults enjoy the independence they want while receiving the help they need. Contact us if you are interested in arranging a tour or have questions about our newest community.

At Northland Village, there is no need to worry about cooking, cleaning, laundry, or managing medications. Assistance is available 24 hours a day and, just as importantly, residents will have the chance to socialize with friends and enjoy the privacy of their own suites. Our Hoyt Lakes location also features a hair salon, private tub room, and resident laundry.

Our focus is on providing compassionate care that respects each person’s abilities and independence. We want our residents to be as healthy and active as possible, feel secure and well cared for, and be able to make the most of each day.
