admissions and fees

Northland Village is a Registered Housing With Services Facility. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as an Assisted Living Home Care Provider, and by the State of Minnesota as a Board And Lodge Facility.

Monthly cost is based on the level of care the resident needs. Our basic monthly fee includes many services with some additional services available for added cost.

Our admissions process includes an evaluation by a registered nurse to help learn about each individual’s needs and find out what assistance they require. If extra services are recommended, it will be discussed in detail with the resident and family following the initial assessment.

Many applicants may qualify for financial assistance. Staff members work with applicants and their families to assess services needed, determine costs, and provide referrals.
