Admissions

Northland Village is a Registered Housing With Services Facility. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as an Assisted Living Home Care Provider, and by the State of Minnesota as a Board And Lodge Facility.

Monthly fee is based on each resident's level of care. The base fee includes a long list of services. For those residents who need additional assistance, extra services are available at added cost.

Many applicants may qualify for financial assistance. Staff work with applicants and families to assess the services needed, determine costs, and provide referrals.
